The Winery
Bodegas PAGOS DE MOGARis a family business founded in 2003, under the regulation of the Spanish Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin (D.O.) Ribera del Duero. The winery is located in Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid) in the vicinity of Peñafiel. The building shows an elegant design and it is equipped with modern and functional installations.
In just 15 years, we have managed to be a benchmark in the wine production of the region and, supported by our careful work, we are making wines worthy of the Golden Mile of the D.O. Ribera del Duero where the winery is located.
Bodegas Pagos de Mogar
Our wines are made mostly with the grapes from our own vineyards and besides from vine growers of the neighbourhood that work under our guidelines. The grapes are picked up by hand in 15 kg plastic crates and all the grapes coming into the winery are carefully examined at the sorting table. Not for nothing we are talking about a family owned winery, where the care to the details is one of our most outstanding distinguishing marks. In this way Bodegas PAGOS DE MOGAR has been collecting awards during all these years, not only in Spain but also abroad, where we attend to trade fairs and wine competitions every year. Our wines
We pamper the grapes to get unique wines. Because behind a great wine it is always the care of the grapes, as it can only be done in a family owned winery.
